If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:<ul><li>Coordinating M&amp;A transactions and investment execution</li><li>Building and maintaining comprehensive valuation models, as well as various financial and commercial models to evaluate investment opportunities, divestments, and support strategic decisions</li><li>Leading due diligence of investment opportunities, review and ensure quality of transaction deliverables</li><li>Preparing and presenting investment-related materials to stakeholders and decision-makers</li><li>Participating in or leading negotiations of M&amp;A transaction documents</li><li>Collaborating proactively with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., legal, technical, commercial) and external counterparties</li><li>Providing ad-hoc input and analysis to senior management on strategic decisions, long-term planning, and business opportunities</li><li>Monitoring energy market trends in collaboration with other teams and providing relevant analysis on their impact on the operating portfolio and long-term business performance</li><li>Organizing tenders for professional services (e.g., advisors for due diligence)​​​​​​</li></ul>
