This role will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to drive data-driven decision making across our generation, transmission, and customer operations. The successful candidate will work with large-scale energy datasets to optimize operations, and enhance customer experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis &amp; Modeling<ul><li>Develop and implement advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics solutions to solve complex business problems across generation, transmission, and distribution operations</li><li>Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and measure the impact of data-driven initiatives</li><li>Create forecasting models for energy demand, renewable generation, and market conditions</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis</li><li>Experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)</li><li>Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)</li><li>Knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design</li><li>Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)</li></ul>
