Development speed is a top priority, but we don't sacrifice code quality or let technical debt pile up</li><li>Quality: We prioritize automated testing to ensure code coverage at different levels of the test pyramid, and we use tools like ESLint and Rubocop to maintain code quality. As we work, we automate repetitive tasks and follow Lean Startup principles to avoid automating the wrong things upfront</li><li>Automation: Our cloud-first company uses GitHub to model our development process, including continuous integration based on GitHub Actions.
