KPI &amp; Reporting • Develop and publish sales KPI dashboards and ad hoc reports for senior leadership. • Partner with leadership to refine KPI targets as team goals evolve. • Compile commission eligible revenue data and input into pay systems. Sales &amp; Opportunity Support • Serve as the primary liaison among opportunity aggregators, BDMs, and technical sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and stakeholder alignment. • Track sales cycle milestones and surface at risk opportunities. Proposal Process Coordination • Log, assign project numbers, and maintain proposal records for consistency. • Monitor milestones, send deadline reminders, and escalate “emergency” proposals. • Verify final submission requirements and archive documentation. Go/No Go &amp; Capacity Analysis • Collect inputs for operational go/no go reviews and prepare periodic summaries for budgeting, staffing, and planning decisions.
