As a Propulsion Test Manager you will maintain engineering standards for the team to support propulsion development, end-of-line production testing, and verification testing for commercial aircraft certification.What you will do: <ul><li>Develop comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules, ensuring alignment with program requirements and safety standards.</li><li>Oversee the design, fabrication, and maintenance of test stands, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.</li><li>Manage and mentor a team of test engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.</li><li>Analyze test data, identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and generate detailed test reports and presentations.</li><li>Collaborate closely with design, analysis, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration and problem resolution.</li><li>Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols and best practices for all testing activities.</li><li>Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within cost.</li><li>Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for test processes and capabilities.  </li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
