Your mission is to work with peers to create certifiable embedded airborne software.What you will do:<ul><li>As part of the Avionics organization, and deployed in the VMS Software team you will act as a Sr Software Engineer, in a software focal capacity, for a novel type of aircraft development targeting the autonomous UAM market.</li><li>You will take part in the development of embedded airborne software per DO-178C and its supplements with the full life cycle processes and activities.</li><li>You will help support problem solving activities through development of software and integration within the VMS and other systems.</li><li>In some areas, you will be working closely with, but not limited to, Software Engineers from multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Systems Engineers, suppliers, contractors, Software Certification.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>BS or MS in Computer Science, Electronics, or relevant engineering discipline.
