At Wisk, this means working onsite at our Mountain View office 3 days per week with flexibility for the remainder of the days. What you will do:<ul><li>As part of the UAS Production organization, and deployed in an CMES team you will act as a MES Solution Architect for a novel type of aircraft development targeting the autonomous UAM market</li><li>Work closely with clients to analyze manufacturing processes, identify requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.</li><li>Architect and design OpCenter MES solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and manufacturing processes.</li><li>Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of OpCenter MES, including system setup, workflows, and data integration.</li><li>Oversee and perform in some cases system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure solution reliability and compliance.</li><li>Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users; provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.</li><li>Collaborate with IT, Production and Manufacturing operations teams to integrate OpCenter MES with ERP, PLM (Teamcenter), SCADA, and other enterprise systems.</li><li>Support the design of the integration of Opcenter MES with PLM (Teamcenter) and ERP systems by working with PLM Team.</li><li>Provide guidance on best practices, system scalability, and performance optimization to project teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Become familiar with the Configuration Management policies and principles applied at Wisk.</li><li>Create detailed solution architecture documents, configuration guides, and operational manuals.</li><li>Stay updated on OpCenter MES advancements and propose enhancements to existing deployments.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>BS/MS degree in any Engineering/Technology field with 12+ years of experience in MES implementation, with at least 3 years focused on Siemens OpCenter (Core/Discrete) MES (formerly Camstar or Simatic IT).</li><li>Experience with Opcenter architecture (Web app, REST services, messaging queue &amp; Database) and supporting technology stack such as HTML5, JavaScript, OData, RabbitMQ. </li><li>Proficiency in Mendix development, including building workflows, microflows, and custom UI components for MES.</li><li>Experience integrating Opcenter with external systems such as PLM using T4CEP/CN4T and familiar with ERP using REST APIs or SQL Queries.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Desired:<ul><li>Experience with Opcenter modules and defining related business processes: Manufacturing, Event management, NCRs, Training &amp; Qualification management, Tooling &amp; Calibration management.</li><li>Knowledge and exposure to Siemens Teamcenter (EasyPlan or MPP).</li><li>Proven track record of delivering complex MES projects in manufacturing environments (e.g..
