We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.<ul><li>erve as the primary liaison between the AI team and business segments and functions, translating business needs into AI opportunities and building business cases for priority use cases</li><li>Lead the AI Champions program, fostering engagement, training, and alignment across a diverse global network.</li><li>Support resource development for the AI Champions, including training and supporting Champion needs</li><li>Collaborate with the Program Manager and AI development team to prioritize and sequence initiatives based on business impact.</li><li>Facilitate intake and discovery sessions with business leaders to identify high-value use cases.</li><li>Ensure business readiness for AI deployments, including change management and enablement planning.</li><li>Track and report on business value delivered through AI initiatives.</li><li>Act as a thought partner to senior segment and function leaders on AI strategy and innovation.</li><li>Support continuous improvement of the AI operating model based on business feedback and outcomes.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>Education: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred</li></ul><h3>Experiences:</h3><ul><li>5-10 years of experience in business transformation, digital strategy, or enterprise technology leadership roles.</li><li>Proven track record of leading and supporting cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.</li><li>Strong understanding of AI technologies, business applications, and change management principles.</li></ul>Competencies:<ul><li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing at the executive level.</li><li>Experience managing global programs and leading distributed teams.</li><li>Strategic thinking</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Influence at all levels of the organization</li></ul>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
