Assists in Customer Complaint bi-weekly meetings.</li><li>Communicate program issues with program provider.</li><li>Provide training for new users.</li><li>Track</li><li>Track iSight overdue customer complaints.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with the compliance of the C&amp;DTechnologies’QualitySystem Program,including requirements unique to the Telecommunications and Nuclear Industries.</li><li>Participate in customer and accrediting body audits including external nuclear audits, i.e., NUPIC, and NRC.</li><li>In conjunction with theadministrate and improve theCritical Supplier Listapproval processes to add and remove suppliers from the list to ensure suppliers meet C&amp;D’s Quality Assurance Requirements(QAR-1000).</li><li>Maintain ION/PLEX Supplier Audit program to prevent purchases from suppliers when 3-year audit has expired.</li><li>Maintain supplier quality certifications on the CSL.</li><li>Serve as program administrator in Plex</li><li>Create Corrective Action reports as needed.</li><li>Complete actions of assigned CA’s including verification and closing corrective actions.Generate reports of open and/or overdue corrective actions.</li><li>Assist with standard quality communication process between the</li><li>Participate in quality and continuous improvement team activities</li><li>Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.</li></ul><ul><li>Basic Qualifications</li></ul><ul><li>High School diploma</li></ul><ul><li>Computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office</li><li>Excellent oral and written communications skills</li></ul>if you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
