Role OverviewThe Director Portfolio Management is responsible for leading the portfolio management function of Iberdrola Energie Deutschland GmbH. The role encompasses building and managing a high-performing team, developing and optimizing portfolio strategies, managing complex contractual and billing processes, ensuring robust financial oversight, and integrating renewable assets into the sales portfolio. The position is pivotal in balancing risk, optimizing energy portfolios, ensuring financial transparency, and enabling competitive, customer-centric electricity supply products in the German market.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership &amp; Outsourcing:<ul><li>Lead the conception, tendering, selection, and implementation of portfolio management IT tools.</li><li>Oversee business process outsourcing projects in operations and billing, ensuring efficiency and compliance in Germany and Spain.</li><li>Ensure robust data management and system integration with Iberdrola global functions.</li></ul>Risk &amp;
