We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team in Campinas. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to our Treasury team.Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Monitor incoming payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables</li><li>Collect and research accounts payable data using SAP ERP</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts (customers and vendors subledger)</li><li>Develop alternative solutions for accounts payable and account receivable challenges</li><li>Analyze account receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams, customers and vendors to resolve payment issues</li><li>Prepare and analyze reports on accounts payable and advance payments</li><li>Assist in forecasting cash inflows and outflows and contribute to overall liquidity planning</li><li>Ensure all payments comply with GEA policies and procedures</li><li>Support BPO’s PTP (Procure to Pay), RTR (Record to Report) and OTC (Order to Cash) teams</li><li>Request and control bonds and guarantees</li><li>Proceed with account receivable dunning and collection</li></ul><ul></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul></ul><ul><li>Ensure account payable and receivable accuracy and compliance in collaboration with internal teams.</li><li>Support internal and external audits</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.</li><li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail.</li><li>SAP knowledge is a plus</li><li>Intermediate English</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
