We are looking for a Product Sales Manager (m/f/d) who is passionate about driving sales, building lasting customer relationships, and shaping the future of hygienic pump solutions with primary focus on the APAC region.Responsibilities / TasksYour Role – What You’ll Do<ul><li>Lead sales activities for hygienic pumps in selected international markets, ensuring sales targets and budgets are met.</li><li>Adapt global strategies into tailored, country-specific business initiatives in close collaboration with the Business Unit Valves &amp; Pumps.</li><li>Build and expand long-term client relationships while identifying and winning new business opportunities.</li><li>Monitor markets and competitors, providing insights on business potential and industry trends.</li><li>Act as a product expert by training and supporting internal teams, partners, and distributors to strengthen local competence and autonomy.</li><li>Play an active role in securing large-scale business opportunities from start to finish, maximizing success rates.  </li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsYour Profile – What You Bring<ul><li>A degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>Solid background in international sales or product management, ideally within industrial equipment, food &amp; beverage, or pharmaceutical technology.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and partnerships.</li><li>A strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.</li><li>Fluency in English; German or other languages are a plus.</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally and work in a global environment.</li></ul>What We Offer – Why Join Us?At GEA Hilge, you’ll enjoy the security of a global market leader combined with the agility of a specialized competence center.
