We are looking for a Product Manager Hygienic Pumps (m/f/d) who is passionate about driving innovation, shaping product strategies, and bringing market-leading solutions to customers around the globe.Responsibilities / TasksYour Responsibilities<ul><li>Define and manage global product strategies, including lifecycle, portfolio development, pricing, and long-term direction.</li><li>Drive international product line and application strategies, adapting to regional market needs.</li><li>Lead and prioritize development projects in close collaboration with R&amp;D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and execute global product launches that deliver measurable business impact.</li><li>Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and monitor competitors to guide innovation.</li><li>Foster cross-functional collaboration and a culture of innovation to strengthen product success.  </li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsYour Profile<ul><li>Proven Product Management experience, ideally within hygienic pumps, fluid handling, or hygienic process technology.</li><li>Strong industry knowledge in food &amp; beverage, dairy, and/or pharmaceutical processing.</li><li>Skilled in cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain.</li><li>Independent, structured, and hands-on, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Business-fluent in German and English (written and spoken), with high willingness to travel internationally.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with SAP / SAP CRM.</li></ul>What We OfferAt GEA Hilge, you will be part of a dynamic and international team with the opportunity to shape the future of hygienic pump technology.
