They have knowledge of fundamental concepts and procedures.  They will develop civil/structural engineering specific solutions in support of plant activities, both emergent and scheduled, including, but not limited to scoping and development of design packages for plant modifications, pipe stress analyses, pipe hanger/support design and modifications, maintenance support activities such as lifting/rigging evaluations and independent reviews of peer prepared engineering products. Responsibilities <ul><li>Provides engineering/technical expertise and guidance in the identification, analysis and resolution of routine problems in area of expertise. </li><li>Prepares thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations and sketches associated with the resolution of routine technical problems. </li><li>Assists in the accomplishment of business goals and objectives through effective planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring of work activities under the guidance of higher-level employees. </li><li>Conducts basic engineering studies requiring little evaluation or ingenuity. </li><li>Possesses knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures. </li><li>Develops positive working relationships to effectively coordinate work activities. Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills.
