Solid experience in business analysis within the context of quality management, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder collaboration. Familiarity with quality-related systems and tools, such as document control platforms, audit management systems, and CAPA tracking.</li><li>Soft skills &amp; work attitude: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings, report activities, and articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
