Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.</p><h3><strong>You Will:</strong></h3><p>• Support planning and execution of digital programs by tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across cross-functional teams<br>• Collaborate with program managers and engineering leads to maintain project schedules, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives<br>• Assist in preparing project documentation including status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries<br>• Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and follow up to ensure closure<br>• Analyze project data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement<br>• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals<br>• Maintain project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint to ensure accurate and up-to-date information<br>• Support budget tracking and resource allocation across multiple projects<br>• Help manage vendor relationships and track third-party deliverables<br>• Ensure compliance with internal standards and governance processes<br>• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Digital team</p><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></h3><p>• 3 years or more of experience in project coordination or analysis roles<br>• Experience working in a digital or technology-driven environment<br>• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence</p><h3><strong>Education Requirements:</strong></h3><p>· Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field is required<br>· Master’s degree or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is preferred</p><div><div><p><strong>Additional Compensation and Benefits</strong>: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
