If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.</div></div><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>The Technical Training coordinator will report to the Technical Training Manager and is responsible for helping employees advance their knowledge, enhance and build their technical skills, and increase the moral and attitude to prepare for success in maintaining the factory’s manufacturing equipment and facilities.</p><p>As a Technical Training Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in shaping the competencies and enhancing the expertise of our technical teams. This position demands a dynamic blend of project management, data and systems analysis, and technical acumen to create impactful and engaging training programs.
