Our customers span a wide array of industries including aerospace, defense, mobility, healthcare, pharma, biotech, clean tech, chemicals, energy, lifestyle, food production, and industrial equipment.<h2>Who we are looking for</h2>This co-op is intended to be a 6-month role that will support the organic and inorganic growth of Re:Build Manufacturing through conducting research, drafting financial analyses, and supporting data-driven insights. This is a great opportunity for students to learn hands-on about corporate strategy and the entire M&amp;A process, sales development, and the industrial sector.What you get to do<ul><li>Stay up to date on the latest fundraising rounds of all new hard-tech startups and, as appropriate, escalate business development opportunities to the sales team.</li><li>You will seek to automate this process to the greatest extent possible.</li><li>Conduct reviews of institutional investor portfolios to identify which of their investments have the strongest overlap with Re:Build’s capabilities and offerings.</li><li>Help develop commercial outreach strategy.</li><li>Review potential acquisition opportunities and draft an initial investment recommendation if we should pursue further.</li><li>Proactively research and identify potential acquisition targets outside of marketed processes.</li><li>Support administrative tasks associated with new M&amp;A projects (e.g., processing NDAs, maintaining internal KPI tracking).</li><li>Conduct market research to determine the attractiveness of various end-markets to Re:Build or our member companies.
