This position ensures that each vehicle meets high standards of appearance and readiness for delivery, while also supporting broader facility upkeep.WHAT YOU WILL DO:<ul> <li>Live and role model company values and culture at all times</li> <li>Clean buses thoroughly, including interiors, under seats, and storage compartments</li> <li>Perform routine cleaning of bathrooms, shop floors, offices, and other facility areas</li> <li>Maintain and organize cleaning tools and equipment to ensure readiness and safety</li> <li>Monitor cleaning supply levels and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed</li> <li>Work efficiently in tight spaces and maintain a fast-paced workflow throughout the shift</li> <li>Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning agents such as IPA, acetone, mineral spirits, and degreasers</li> </ul>WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:<ul> <li>Prior experience cleaning vehicles or facility spaces preferred</li> <li>Basic knowledge of cleaning materials and their appropriate uses</li> <li>Ability to work in physically demanding conditions for up to 10 hours</li> <li>Comfortable working in confined areas and under seats</li> <li>No sensitivity or allergies to industrial cleaning agents</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain pace without sacrificing quality</li> <li>Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative</li> <li>Regularly lift up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.</li> <li>Must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and work at heights.</li> <li>Exposure to vibration and moving mechanical parts is common</li> </ul> WHY JOIN US:<ul> <li>Competitive compensation and benefit package.</li> <li>401(k) plan with company match.</li> <li>On-the-job training provided in a continuous learning environment.</li> <li>Advancement opportunities with a growing company.</li> <li>Apart of a team who is leading the world’s electrification of mass mobility.</li> </ul> Our WhyWe move people.
