This network strengthens grid stability – a critical foundation for scaling AI data centers and other energy-intensive industries.We’re looking for a Sourcer &amp; Talent Coordinator to help us scale Fuse’s hiring engine. This is a hybrid role: you’ll be the front line of our sourcing strategy — finding and engaging world-class talent across technical, trading, and commercial functions — while also ensuring a smooth candidate journey through scheduling and coordination support. <h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Source top-of-funnel talent for technical, trading, and operations roles by identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-caliber candidates</li> <li>Research target markets, companies, and communities to map talent pools and inform outreach strategies</li> <li>Build and maintain accurate pipelines in our ATS</li> <li>Coordinate interviews and calls across multiple time zones</li> <li>Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritise roles, share pipeline insights, and refine search strategies</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>1-3 years of sourcing experience, ideally with exposure to high-performance technical or trading environments</li> <li>Agency background working with trading firms, hedge funds, or HFTs</li> <li>Proven ability to identify, engage, and deliver strong pipelines in competitive markets</li> <li>Strong organisational skills with experience scheduling interviews and managing candidate logistics</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li> <li>Familiarity with ATS tools and reporting best practices</li> <li>A resourceful, proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-bar environment</li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>Competitive salary</li> <li>Biannual bonus scheme</li> <li>Fully expensed tech to match your needs</li> <li>Breakfast and dinner for office-based employees</li> <li>Opportunity to work closely with senior business leaders and exposure to building a global energy business</li> </ul>
