This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will work cross-functionally with teams, such as Revenue and Finance, and executives to build processes, metrics tracking, automation and AI-driven solutions across the business.You will focus heavily on introducing important automations into our Finance function within the first 3-6 months, with ample opportunity to expand in scope to work with Revenue and other teams as your role evolves.As the second hire into our Operations function, you’ll be working directly with Tim Finney, Henrik Langeland and other teams/executives across the business. This role offers meaningful impact in a fast-growing, early-stage climate-tech to help shape our foundations and future trajectory.
