The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of demonstrated, hands-on experience in a quota-driven sales environment, with a relentless focus on hunting new business and closing deals. This role is for a true sales professional who thrives on the challenge of a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.Key Duties and Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Prospecting &amp; Lead Generation: Systematically identify, target, and acquire new high-value clients through strategic cold calling, networking, and direct outreach. You will be expected to build your own pipeline from the ground up, with a focus on penetrating new markets and securing high-impact accounts.</li> <li>Full-Cycle Deal Management: Take complete ownership of the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and final close. You will be responsible for qualifying prospects, conducting needs assessments, crafting compelling value propositions, and overcoming objections to drive deals to completion.</li> <li>High-Impact Presentations &amp; Demos: Deliver powerful and persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate our value proposition and directly address customer pain points. You must be able to think on your feet and tailor your message to a diverse audience of decision-makers.</li> <li>Market &amp; Competitive Intelligence: Act as the eyes and ears of the organization in the field.
