This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, availability, and performance through routine administrative tasks such as patch management, system monitoring, and log reviews.The individual will handle user account management, basic troubleshooting, and routine service requests, while also assisting with the provisioning and configuration of cloud-based virtual machines (VMs) in collaboration with senior staff.
