Das hei&szlig;t, im Gegensatz zu anderen Stromanbietern, kauft Rabot Charge Strom kurzfristig &uuml;ber den Day-Ahead und Intraday-Markt ein, nutzt somit die st&uuml;ndlichen Preisschwankungen an der Stromb&ouml;rse und gibt den Einkaufspreis direkt an Kund*innen weiter. So k&ouml;nnen zum Beispiel E-Autos automatisiert dann geladen werden, wenn der B&ouml;rsenstrompreis in einem festgelegten Ladezeitfenster besonders gering ist. Da bei viel Wind und Sonne die Preise niedrig sind, wird so nicht nur der Geldbeutel geschont, sondern auch die Umwelt. To make this happen,&nbsp;we’re&nbsp;looking for a&nbsp;Senior Product Manager – Battery Storage&nbsp;to take ownership of our storage offering, manage our supplier relationship, and build&nbsp;a market-leading product experience for our customers.&nbsp;This is a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of Rabot’s consumer product line — bridging the worlds of hardware and&nbsp;software, and&nbsp;creating an offering that empowers households to unlock the full value of renewable energy.&nbsp; Your Impact <ul><li>Own the product vision for&nbsp;Rabot’s consumer battery storage solution&nbsp;— from pilot to scale-up</li><li>Manage and grow the relationship with our white-label supplier, ensuring quality, reliability, and innovation in the hardware</li><li>Define how storage integrates into our&nbsp;app experience, collaborating with designers and developers to deliver intuitive UX and seamless connectivity</li><li>Work closely with engineering, data science, and operations to continuously improve system performance and customer experience</li><li>Translate customer needs into actionable features, business KPIs, and product OKRs</li><li>Align stakeholders across Connectivity, Data, and Customer Success to deliver an integrated energy experience</li><li>Be the internal and external voice of our storage product — from engaging with customers to presenting updates to leadership</li></ul> What can you bring <div><ul><li>5+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to hardware or energy-related products</li><li>Proven ability to manage&nbsp;third-party suppliers&nbsp;and partnerships, including white-label or OEM agreements</li><li>Strong background in&nbsp;Agile product management, setting OKRs and tracking KPIs</li><li>Experience working closely with engineering teams (software and hardware)</li><li>Fluent&nbsp;German (C1+)&nbsp;and English, with excellent communication skills</li><li>Customer-first mindset, with a knack for translating complex technology into user-friendly solutions</li><li>Based in, or willing to&nbsp;relocate&nbsp;to,&nbsp;Hamburg</li></ul>Nice to have:&nbsp;<ul><li>Direct experience in the&nbsp;energy industry, especially in battery storage or renewable energy solutions</li><li>UX/UX research knowledge — ability to guide teams in building seamless app-based experiences</li><li>Familiarity with IoT, smart home systems, or connected hardware products</li></ul>&nbsp;What success looks like (6–12 months):&nbsp;<ul><li>You’ve&nbsp;established&nbsp;a strong working relationship with our white-label supplier, driving improvements in the product offering</li><li>The first scaled version of Rabot’s battery storage product has been successfully launched to customers</li><li>You’ve&nbsp;worked with design and engineering to deliver a seamless app integration for monitoring and controlling storage</li><li>Customer feedback loops and KPIs are in place, shaping the roadmap for continuous product improvement</li><li>You’ve&nbsp;become the go-to person for all things storage at RABOT — aligning teams and driving the product vision forward&nbsp;</li></ul></div>&nbsp;Lacking experience in some of the areas mentioned?
