In this role, you'll provide expert guidance on a wide range of human resources questions while efficiently processing critical employee transactions related to benefits, payroll, recruiting, and compensation. You'll be the trusted first point of contact for employees across the organization, using a case management systems to deliver timely, accurate solutions that directly impact employee satisfaction and workplace success. As an HR Service Specialist II, you'll manage both inbound and outbound communications with employees and leaders, ensuring every inquiry receives prompt, professional attention. Your responsibilities extend beyond simple transaction processing to include identifying trends in customer requests, tracking satisfaction metrics, and determining when cases require escalation to specialized Centers of Excellence. This position offers excellent growth opportunities within NextEra Energy's HR organization, allowing you to develop specialized expertise across multiple HR disciplines while building meaningful connections with the workforce.
