Training will be provided for the orbital welding process, making this an excellent opportunity for skilled welders to expand their capabilities.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform orbital welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and other alloys.</li><li>Set up and operate orbital welding machines and related equipment.</li><li>Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and weld specifications.</li><li>Inspect welds to ensure accuracy, strength, and appearance.</li><li>Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.</li><li>Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and team members to complete projects.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Welding background (TIG, process piping, or field welding).</li><li>Orbital welding experience is a plus but not required; training provided.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.</li><li>Physically able to perform welding work (standing, bending, lifting).</li></ul><h3>Preferred</h3><ul><li>Welding certifications (TIG or process piping).</li><li>Experience in food &amp; beverage, pharmaceutical, aerospace, or semiconductor industries.</li><li>Familiarity with AWS or ASME codes.</li></ul>The estimated salary range for this position is $25 to $27 an hour.
