What You Will Do<ul><li>Support Corp Services Team in iContact and iSupplier modules.</li><li>Assist Corp Services Team in management of RFx events.</li><li>Assist IT Indirect Procurement as needed.</li><li>Further broaden scope &amp; use of existing RFx template.</li><li>Through data analytics determine where services suppliers are overlapping</li></ul>How You Will Do It<ul><li>Generating a consistent approach to developing, releasing and end-to-end management of RFx process.</li><li>Analyzing categories such as Marketing and Training where a large number of suppliers exist. Reduce supplier count through eliminating one time pay suppliers and helping develop a preferred supplier network.</li><li>Assisting in loading and aligning contracts into Zycus that continue to be found or are completed outside of the system.</li><li>Supporting to obtain signatures as necessary if non-DOA related document such as SOW or NDA.</li><li>Assisting the team in consolidating supplier Q&amp;A. Supporting communications within cross functional teams and with suppliers. Participating in analyzing price responses. Understanding levers of negotiation through observation of RFx events.</li><li>Assisting the team in onboarding new suppliers, making supplier updates, and improving the supplier onboarding process.</li></ul>What We Look For<ul><li>Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.</li><li>Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain and/or Business Management.</li><li>Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.</li><li>Duration: Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available.</li><li>Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions if working remotely.
