Organize, compile, summarize and analyze data/statistics and produce a variety of reports. Update, maintain and ensure accuracy of computerized and other data. Perform mathematical calculations and manipulate statistical data. Maintain confidentiality of all written documents and sensitive discussions.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Utilizing SAP create all necessary documentation for the complete, accurate, and timely purchase and payment of goods and services for the Construction and Engineering groups.</li></ul><ul><li>Independently prepare and review all documentation for the purchase of goods and services.</li></ul><ul><li>Reviews documentation for accuracy, and researches and resolves complex issues and discrepancies, and proactively monitors workflows in SAP.</li></ul><ul><li>Key liaison for both internal and external customers, Procurement, and the Purchasing groups.</li></ul><ul><li>Accurately develop and maintain electronic databases, spreadsheets and files that are critical to the day-to-day operations of the Meter Services &amp; Construction groups.</li></ul><ul><li>Enter and retrieve information requested to assist in budgetary and regulatory filings.</li></ul><ul><li>Run reports and queries that are required for budgetary and regulatory filings.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepares, records, and reconcile all financial accruals for the Meter Services and Construction group with minimal supervision.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and assemble documentation required for State and Local billing on Meter Services and Construction projects.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle customer inquiries.
