A key focus of this role is driving cost reduction initiatives through design optimization, process improvements, and VAVE practices, ensuring competitive and sustainable solutions.Areas of focus include cost-down on electrical, hydraulic, and powertrain subsystems as well as fabrication and structural design changes as it pertains to mobile hydraulic construction equipment and tow trucks.  As a Chief Engineer, you will establish system architectures, conduct trade studies, flow down requirements, and oversee verification and validation activities.
