Develop standardized workflows, templates, and best practices to scale execution.</li><li> <b>Business Operations</b>: Lead efforts to optimize internal processes and workflows, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration, effective communication, and resource allocation.</li><li> <b>Project Management</b>: Oversee key projects from inception to completion, working with various teams to ensure timely delivery, alignment with strategic goals, and effective utilization of resources.</li><li> <b>Performance Management &amp; KPIs</b>: Establish and track operational KPIs to measure project velocity, cycle time reductions, and bottlenecks. Conduct root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and develop scalable solutions.
