Accélérer et fiabiliser l’industrialisation produit</h3><ul><li>Industrialiser les 6 projets en cours pour assurer leur mise en production dans les délais,</li><li>Préparer l’industrialisation des 6 prochains produits pour un lancement en <b>Q1 2026</b>,</li><li>Mettre en place un <b>planning projets consolidé</b> et suivre les jalons clé<a href="http://s.Identifier">s</a>,</li><li>Identifier les <b>points de blocage</b> et piloter les actions de <b>résolution de problèmes</b> (notamment en Asie),</li><li>Suivre les <b>risques supply, capacité et qualité</b>, en lien avec les équipes terrain.</li></ul><h3>2. Soutenir la performance business</h3><ul><li>Garantir les livraisons clients : qualité, coûts, délais, </li><li>Intégrer les enjeux clients dès la phase projet (assurance qualité, process d’intégration de nos technologies dans les produits des clients),</li><li>Soutenir l’équipe Sales en clarifiant les responsabilités techniques entre Fairmat, les OEMs et les clients lorsque c’est nécessaire</li></ul><h3>3.
