This role ensures that ERP functionalities align with business needs and support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and data integrity across the automotive manufacturing industry.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage the ERP team focused on vehicle management module (SAP VMS).</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, supply chain, sales, and finance to gather requirements and deliver solutions.</li><li>Oversee system configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare support for vehicle management processes.</li><li>Drive process improvements through automation and enhanced ERP functionalities.</li><li>Monitor system performance and resolve issues related to VMS workflows.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards through ERP system controls.</li><li>Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.</li><li>Manage documentation of system processes, configurations, and best practices.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and external consultants when necessary.</li><li>Lead ERP upgrade and integration projects</li><li>Allocate resources, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects.</li><li>Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, business processes, and operational procedures.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Skills &amp; Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.</li><li>8+ years of hands on experience in SAP logisitics specially in VMS module</li><li>At least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role overseeing SAP projects</li><li>Proven experience in managing full lifecycle SAP implementations (Planning to go-live and support).</li><li>SAP certification is a must, ideally in production or logistics.</li><li>Prefer certified professional such as TOGAF, PMP or ITIL</li><li>Strong understanding of SAP Vehicle Management System functionalities, including vehicle procurement, lifecycle tracking, configuration control, and service/maintenance history.</li><li>Skilled in integrating SAP VMS with related modules such as PP, MM, FICO, SD etc.</li><li>Proficient in configuring VMS-specific data objects such as vehicle master records, configuration codes, and valuation models.</li><li>Able to define and implement custom enhancements using SAP user exits, BADIs, or enhancement frameworks.</li><li>Experience in managing large vehicle master datasets and generating operational and financial reports for fleet performance, maintenance, and cost analysis.</li><li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional SAP teams, including developers, analysts, and business users.</li><li>Able to propose and implement scalable, efficient solutions to meet business and compliance requirements.</li></ul><div><div><p><strong>Additional Compensation and Benefits</strong>: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
