This role ensures effective implementation, configuration, and support of ERP solutions that optimize logistics, procurement, inventory, and distribution processes across the organization. The position combines hands-on SAP expertise with team leadership and project oversight responsibilities.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage the ERP team focused on warehouse and transportation modules (e.g., SAP EWM &amp; TM).</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, supply chain, sales, and finance to gather requirements and deliver solutions.</li><li>Oversee system configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare support for warehouse and transportation processes.</li><li>Drive process improvements through automation and enhanced ERP functionalities.</li><li>Monitor system performance and resolve issues related to warehouse, transportation and logistics workflows.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards through ERP system controls.</li><li>Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.</li><li>Manage documentation of system processes, configurations, and best practices.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and external consultants when necessary.</li><li>Lead ERP upgrade and integration projects</li><li>Allocate resources, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects.</li><li>Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, business processes, and operational procedures.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.</li><li>8+ years of hands on experience in SAP logisitics specially in EWM and TM modules</li><li>At least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role overseeing SAP projects</li><li>Proven experience in managing full lifecycle SAP implementations (Planning to go-live and support).</li><li>SAP certification is a must, ideally in warehouse or transportation.</li><li>Prefer certified professional such as TOGAF, PMP or ITIL</li><li>In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities including inbound/internal/outbound processes, warehouse structure, RF framework, stock movements, physical inventory, and labor management.</li><li>Strong understanding of transportation planning, freight orders, freight settlement, carrier selection, route optimization, and integration with third-party logistics providers.</li><li>Familiarity with EWM and TM in the S/4HANA embedded landscape.</li><li>Experience integrating EWM and TM with SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP, as well as external systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, carrier portals).</li><li>Ability to independently configure system settings in EWM and TM; understanding enhancement frameworks and user exits.</li><li>Skills in handling material master, business partners, packaging specifications, and transportation lanes.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve system and process-related issues quickly.</li><li>Proven ability to lead SAP EWM/TM projects end-to-end (design, implementation, go-live, and support).</li></ul><div><div><p><strong>Additional Compensation and Benefits</strong>: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
