This role serves as a key liaison between business leadership, IT teams, and external partners to ensure that SAP platforms support business objectives, drive operational efficiency, and enable digital transformation. Oversee cross-functional ERP teams, manage project delivery, and ensure alignment between ERP capabilities and enterprise needs.
