In this role, you will be responsible for entering, testing and verifying large volumes of data with utmost precision. The ideal candidate is someone with a sharp eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of productivity and data integrity.</div><div> </div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Accurately enter and verify data in database.</li><li>Perform regular quality checks to ensure completeness and correctness of information.</li><li>Identify and log discrepancies or inconsistencies in data.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to gather, clarify, or correct data as needed.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.</li></ul><div><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Minimum 2 years experience with Workday core HCM .</li><li>Proven experience in following testing script data entry.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.</li><li>Strong typing skills with a high level of speed and precision.</li><li>Proficiency with Google Sheets</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li></ul><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>Experience with application software testing cycle.</li><li>Experience working with CRM, ERP, or database systems.</li><li>Understanding of basic data analysis or reporting tools.</li></ul><p>At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
