At the same time, you will shape the product vision of our stations, balancing user experience, business impact, and regulatory requirements. 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️Your responsibilities 1. Exploration &amp; Product Vision<ul><li>Identify and assess new strategic opportunities (technologies, regulations, suppliers).</li><li>Define the product vision for station software and hardware integrations (e.g. batteries, solar, ElectraLine displays).</li><li>Prioritize initiatives based on user experience, business value, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Benchmark the market and represent Electra’s innovation roadmap externally.</li></ul> 2. Project Management &amp; Delivery<ul><li>Build and own the roadmap in collaboration with the Engineering Manager.</li><li>Translate functional needs into actionable technical requirements for development and engineering teams.</li><li>Drive project execution: requirements definition, scoping, rituals, progress monitoring, and delivery on time and quality.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local energy regulations across European markets (e.g. manual grid control in Germany or Austria).</li></ul> 3.
