You’ll be the voice of Connecticut’s passenger rail and transportation programs, providing support to riders of CTrail Shore Line East, CTrail Hartford Line, and CTrides.If you love helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and feel confident navigating multiple tech platforms at once, this is a great opportunity to join a team making a difference in how Connecticut moves. The responsibilities of this role include, but may not be limited to, the following:<ul><li>Provide outstanding customer service across phone, live chat, and email.</li><li>Answer questions, resolve issues, and process requests with professionalism and care.</li><li>Send out real-time service alerts to keep passengers informed.</li><li>Research and share information about transportation services in Connecticut.</li><li>Use multiple systems simultaneously to manage tickets and respond quickly.</li><li>Conduct follow-up calls when needed to ensure issues are resolved.</li><li>Support quality control reviews and assist with AI support tools.</li></ul>
