Job PurposeTo manage operational People &amp; Culture scope for Global OFSW &amp; UK vertical, providing advice and guidance on people-related matters, promoting employee engagement and fostering open communication and positive work culture aligned with Masdar’s values.Responsibilities:Operational support:<ul><li>Manage the employee lifecycle: pre-boarding, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, and offboarding processes.</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers, P&amp;C, and other teams to ensure smooth transitions at each lifecycle stage.</li><li>Ensure accurate data entry for profiles and payroll/benefit management.</li></ul>Employee relations &amp; engagement:<ul><li>Provide advice on employee relations, such as performance, grievances, and discipline, ensuring alignment with policies and legal norms.</li><li>Foster open communication, engage with employees for feedback, and support wellbeing initiatives.</li><li>Help develop and implement action plans to improve engagement and satisfaction.</li></ul>Recruitment:<ul><li>Work with hiring managers and external agencies to fill vacant positions and support interview processes.</li><li>Track recruitment progress, maintain organizational charts, and monitor global mobility cases.</li><li>Support training and development initiatives in collaboration with the Talent &amp; Learning team.</li></ul>Payroll &amp; benefit administration:<ul><li>Liaise with payroll and benefits providers to ensure timely and accurate processing.</li><li>Handle queries and ensure that all records are up-to-date for payroll and benefits.</li><li>Provide information to relevant stakeholders for reporting &amp; forecasting purposes.</li><li>Support Senior People &amp; Culture Business Partner in onboarding of new suppliers, drafting new policies and guidelines.</li><li>Maintain accurate records, trackers &amp; headcount reports.</li></ul>Talent &amp; learning:<ul><li>Support Senior People &amp; Culture Business Partner in arrangement and delivery of training for employees and managers.</li><li>Liaise with Masdar P&amp;C Talent &amp; Learning team to promote good awareness of learning opportunities, participation and feedback.</li><li>Support training and development initiatives in collaboration with the Masdar P&amp;C Talent &amp; Learning team.</li></ul>Management of stakeholders and third party service providers:<ul><li>Ensure relationships with service level providers are managed smoothly and effectively in a way that guarantees that Masdar is provided with quality and timely services, in line with relevant service level agreements.</li><li>As and when required by management, personally manage key relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders in order to safeguard Masdar’s best interests while ensuring the delivery of necessary needs/goals.</li></ul>
