Travel varies from 2 days to 2 weeks at a time but rarely exceeds 2 weeks per month. Your key responsibilities will be:<ul><li>Planning, organizing, and monitoring projects and programs</li><li>Creating tactical plans and monitoring and reporting on progress</li><li>Working directly with the client to determine the on-site escalation process</li><li>Managing cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams, communicating objectives and direction clearly</li><li>Developing a roadmap to connect projects to a Program (multi-project campus or site)</li><li>Assessing program performance</li><li>Representing project team at routine technical meetings</li><li>Assessing project completion vs budget and coordinating staff adjustments and change orders with Site Leads and Project Managers</li><li>Preparing reports for Delivery Managers and Project Managers</li><li>Supporting senior management with business development activities</li></ul>
