The Lead Technical Program Manager (TPM) will report through the Tech PMO in support of the Information Security organization, serving as a trusted partner to the CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) and leadership team. This role drives execution across the security portfolio by providing structure, visibility, and alignment of initiatives to enterprise risk management objectives. Acting as a force multiplier for the CISO, the TPM will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, mature operational processes, and ensure strategic goals are met. The ideal candidate has deep program management expertise in technical and security contexts, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
