Responsibilities / TasksAs an S/4HANA Controlling Expert, you will support our international subsidiaries in the rollout of our global S/4HANA template:Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Develop controlling concepts required for the implementation of SAP S/4HANA</li><li>Analyze and define controlling processes and value flows</li><li>Capture local requirements and processes; conduct Fit-Gap analyses accordingly</li><li>Design test strategies (UAT/SIT) and support Cut-Over activities (Go-Live preparation, data migration, hypercare support)</li><li>Coordinate and execute key user tests, trainings, and hands-on sessions with international subsidiaries</li><li>Collaborate closely with local key users in the Controlling function</li><li>Maintain regular alignment and integration with the central template team</li><li>Act as an interface between Corporate Controlling, the central template team, and local business units during the rollout</li><li>Contribute to the ongoing optimization and development of our global template solutions</li><li>Independently plan and lead workshops</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>University degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a comparable vocational qualification – We also welcome applicants from other fields who have relevant experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of SAP technologies, with hands-on experience in ERP and S/4HANA implementations, including FIORI</li><li>Solid understanding of Controlling-related business processes</li><li>Experience as an S/4 Finance Consultant and with international rollout projects is preferred</li><li>Willingness to travel abroad for temporary assignments</li><li>Ideally, deep understanding of organizational structures and processes in mechanical and plant engineering</li><li>Resilience in a dynamic project environment paired with a proactive working style and strong communication skills</li><li>Confident use of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Very good written and spoken English and German skills</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Work with a supportive and international team</li><li>Modern working environment with flexible working options and home office for a good work-life balance (3:2)</li><li>A wide range of personal and professional training and development opportunities for your career planning</li><li>Company pension scheme and accident insurance</li><li>30 days annual leave plus 24 &amp; 31 December</li><li>Attractive company benefits such as discounts on gym memberships,  courses, etc.</li><li>JobRad including subsidy</li></ul>For reasons of readability, no gender-specific differentiation is made in the job advertisement.
