The role acts as the interface between the customers and the internal production and procurement teams, while ensuring agreements and expectations are met.<ul><li>Conducts order validations and entries in SAP</li><li>Confirms customer order receipt, creation, and delivery</li><li>Monitor and tracks order statuses and manages claim cases and returns</li><li>Provides clear and consistent communication between and with customers and internal production</li><li>Serves as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation</li><li>Supports transfer projects and process improvement initiatives</li><li>Handles routine maintenance of the Master Data System</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1>Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience 2 or more years of Customer Service or Industry-relevant professional experience Relevant certifications, system experience, and training Professional-Level English language skills preferred Communication &amp; Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
