This role is central to optimizing spares inventory, logistics operations, and returns processing, while driving continuous improvement across supply chain processes.</p><p><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as subject matter expert for supply chain improvement projects including warehousing, fulfillment, and RMA.</li><li>Design a responsive distribution network and maintain optimal inventory levels at various nodes to ensure timely availability of parts and equipment.</li><li>Manage the return flow of goods, including defective or excess inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely processing.</li><li>Assist with the execution of outbound shipments to customers.</li><li>Work closely with customer excellence, supply chain, IT and third-party providers to ensure operational alignment and implement opportunities to streamline logistics workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.</li><li>Design and develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to support key business decisions.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualification and Desired Skills</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years of experience in spares management, reverse logistics, and order fulfillment.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, and MS Office.</li><li>Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and data analysis tools.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Associate or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.</li></ul><h3><strong>Location</strong></h3><p>Gurgaon/Bangalore/Remote</p><p> </p><div><p>We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
