this role will report to the Manager of Environmental, Health, and Safety.</p><p>The Role:</p><ul><li>Support day-to-day EH&amp;S operations in a fast paced, cross functional and highly collaborative manufacturing / Construction environment.</li><li>Assist with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS Management System elements pertaining to all construction and manufacturing operations.</li><li>Serve as the integration and development leader of Lucid EHS Management Systems to ensure conformance to ISO 14001 &amp; ISO 45001.</li><li>Support on-floor activities daily by attending tier meetings, resolving issues presented by team members, and coaching the floor with the EHS employee engagement process.</li><li>Manage the EHS systems implementation such as emergency response plan, fire life safety plan, machine’s/equipment’s/ tools EHS requirements, culture development plan, Hazard Identification system, Environmental management, etc.</li><li>Work closely with third-party vendors.</li><li>Develop and maintain effective communication between all organizations within Construction / manufacturing operations.</li><li>Participate in and lead health risk assessments, draft monitoring plans, and conduct industrial hygiene monitoring activities for new and evolving processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal environmental, health and safety regulations.</li><li>Lead incident analysis activities to determine RCCA identification.</li><li>Design safe workspaces and create, implement, and measure policies for employees to follow that minimize job-related hazards.</li><li>Manage high visibility projects as a key liaison between Lucid Motors and third-party organizations’ driving results to meet aggressive timelines.</li><li>Obtain multiple paths to resolution across carting issues and present to EHS/Manufacturing leadership</li><li>Drive employee engagement programs as a foundation to EHS integration in the workplace.</li><li>Provide support for EHS programs such as LOTO, Hazard Communication, Emergency Response, Fall Protection, Respiratory Protection, Hearing Conservation, Air and Waste management, etc.</li><li>Develop and conduct education and training as required across manufacturing operations.</li><li>Represent EHS in varying multi-functional routine and non-routine engagements.</li><li>Design and conduct workplace inspection practices and drive the corrective and preventative action management process providing key performance indicators.</li><li>Continuously drive improvements and automation to increase quality, improve employee experience, and enable rapid scaling</li></ul><p> </p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>BS in environmental, health, safety or relevant scientific or engineering field.</li><li>5 to 8 years’ experience in an EHS Construction, operations, or engineering function.</li><li>Fundamental understanding of electronics technology, supply chain, manufacturing processes and construction trade practices.</li><li>Have valuable experience managing EHS policies, standards, programs, or procedures.</li><li>Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage effectively numerous concurrent projects and tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English and Arabic</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage operations</li><li>Demonstrated ability to design and improve operational processes</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements</li><li>Demonstrated successful delivery of results through influence and cross-functional collaboration</li><li>Experience prioritizing and managing multiple &amp;
