This role will play a critical part in bridging supply, demand, and financial planning across multiple functions, leveraging cutting-edge planning platforms to drive data-backed decisions and operational efficiency. </p><p>The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in supply chain or operations planning and a demonstrated track record of working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. This individual will report to the Director of Sales &amp; Operations Planning and collaborate closely with the supply chain, finance, manufacturing, sales, and program management teams. </p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>Support the end-to-end S&amp;OP cycle through data synthesis, scenario modeling, and KPI development to align demand, supply, and financial plans.</li><li>Drive and scale the use of enterprise S&amp;OP planning tools (e.g., Aera, Kinaxis, Anaplan, o9, or similar) for forecasting, what-if scenario planning, dashboarding, and automation.</li><li>Serve as the go-to analyst for S&amp;OP tool integration, helping translate business needs into digital planning solutions.</li><li>Create and maintain models that reflect the impact of timing shifts, material constraints, and volume changes on build and fulfillment plans.</li><li>Build cross-functional alignment by preparing and distributing planning outputs to supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, finance, and executive teams.</li><li>Develop and automate dashboards and reporting mechanisms in collaboration with IT and data teams.</li><li>Track, analyze, and improve forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service level metrics.</li><li>Partner with the Director of S&amp;OP to facilitate weekly planning forums, drive root cause analyses, and surface planning risks/opportunities.</li><li>Document planning processes and provide onboarding/training for new users and stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>You Bring:</strong> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.</li><li>5 years of experience in supply chain, S&amp;OP, or operations planning, preferably in the automotive or high-tech manufacturing space.</li><li>Hands-on experience with one or more S&amp;OP platforms such as Aera, Kinaxis, Anaplan, o9, or similar (required).</li><li>Strong analytical, modeling, and data visualization skills (Excel, Tableau); familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally.</li><li>Highly organized self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong> </p><ul><li>Experience in an OEM or Tier 1 automotive environment.</li><li>Exposure to IBP concepts and financial tie-out processes.</li><li>Working knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.</li></ul><p> </p><p><em>Join Lucid Motors and be a part of the luxury electric vehicle revolution in the region!
