You’ll be confident handling complex employee relations cases, experienced in leading change, and comfortable influencing at every level of the business. With a CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and strong knowledge of employment law, you’ll combine commercial awareness with a collaborative and people centred approach. Above all, you’ll bring energy, credibility, and a genuine passion for making a positive difference to both the business and its people.Bonus if you have: It would be a real advantage if you’ve managed successful trade union negotiations, led major change programmes, or introduced innovative ways of improving HR processes.
