You will be a key leader within the finance organization, acting as a critical business partner to the executive team. This role is responsible for driving the company's financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.You will lead a talented team and be responsible for building the financial infrastructure and processes required to support our growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on yet strategic leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Strategic Financial Planning:</li> <ul> <li>Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes in collaboration with senior leadership.</li> <li>Develop sophisticated financial models to support long-term strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and corporate development activities (e.g., M&amp;A, capital allocation).</li> <li>Provide financial insights and recommendations to support the company's growth strategy and profitability goals.</li> </ul> <li>Analysis &amp; Performance Management:</li> <ul> <li>Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, including variance analysis of actuals versus budget/forecast, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial dashboards.</li> <li>Provide insightful analysis of business trends, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities for the executive team.</li> <li>Lead deep-dive analyses on product profitability, customer lifetime value, operational efficiency, and ROI for major projects and investments.</li> </ul> <li>Business Partnership:</li> <ul> <li>Serve as a trusted financial advisor to department heads and the executive leadership team, providing data-driven insights to inform operational and strategic decisions.</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to develop financial models and business cases for new initiatives.</li> <li>Prepare and present compelling financial narratives and presentations for the Board of Directors, investors, and other key stakeholders.</li> </ul> <li>Team Leadership &amp; Development:</li> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&amp;A team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Establish clear goals and objectives for the team that align with the company's financial and strategic priorities.</li> <li>Recruit and retain top talent.</li> </ul> <li>Process &amp; System Enhancement:</li> <ul> <li>Drive the enhancement of FP&amp;A processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.</li> <li>Partner with Accounting and IT to ensure data integrity and streamline financial reporting workflows.</li> <li>Evaluate and implement new financial planning software and business intelligence tools as needed.</li> </ul> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.</li> <li>5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing and developing a team.</li> <li>Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.</li> <li>Proven ability to work as a strategic partner to senior leadership and communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.</li> <li>Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and FP&amp;A software/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, snowflake, Alteryx) a plus.</li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental &amp; Vision)</li> <li>Retirement Plan (401k)</li> <li>Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary &amp; AD&amp;D)</li> <li>Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick &amp; Public Holidays)</li> <li>Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)</li> <li>Short Term &amp; Long Term Disability</li> <li>Training &amp; Development</li> <li>Work From Home </li> <li>Free Food &amp; Snacks in Office</li> <li>Wellness Resources</li> </ul>
