You will drive strategy, partnerships, fundraising, and program delivery to strengthen Thailand’s clean energy innovation ecosystem.</p><p>This role provides the opportunity to work with senior executives, startup founders, think tanks, investors, and government stakeholders while leading a dynamic team to deliver high-impact programs.</p><p></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>1. Fundraising &amp; Strategy (40%)</h3><ul> <li>Build and manage a pipeline of funders (government, foundations, private sector).</li> <li>Lead donor engagement, proposal development, and revenue generation activities.</li> <li>Lead annual workplans, OKRs, and team performance management.</li> <li>Translate strategy into program roadmaps across key themes (decarbonization, energy transition readiness, inclusive innovation, entrepreneurship).</li> <li>Build and maintain senior-level relationships with government, corporates, universities, and civil society. Represent NEX at external engagements. </li> </ul><h3>2. Program Management (40%)</h3><ul> <li>Oversee design and delivery of flagship programs (Decarbonize Thailand Symposium, Lab-to-Commercialization, Solar STEP, She Wins Climate).</li> <li>Coach and mentor team members to build capacity and effectiveness.</li> <li>Guide and support program staff in planning, execution, and monitoring.<br>Provide advice to startup cohorts on go-to-market and business development.</li> <li>Ensure program impact measurement, adaptive learning, and reporting.</li> <li>Foster alignment and collaboration with NEX global and regional teams.</li> </ul><h3>3.
