We are looking for a data-driven and performance-oriented Paid Search Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our paid search strategy across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. This role is central to driving measurable growth, delivering ROI, and supporting the customer acquisition and retention goals of the business.PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES<ul><li>Own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of all paid search campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Bing, etc.)</li><li>Manage budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery of performance targets (CPA, ROAS, etc.)</li><li>Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience targeting strategies to continually improve campaign effectiveness</li><li>Collaborate with the demand generation, product marketing, content, and design teams to align paid search with broader campaigns and landing pages</li><li>Manage our 3rd party agency, brief campaigns, challenge performance, report on commercials</li><li>Analyse performance data and create insightful reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance, trends, and opportunities</li><li>Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine updates, and best practices to identify new opportunities and innovation</li><li>Work closely with the analytics team to ensure accurate tracking and attribution using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other tools</li><li>Manage agency relationships (if applicable) and ensure high standards of delivery and accountability.</li></ul>
