<p>AECOM is seeking a highly motivated Engineer. The Candidate will join the Building &amp; Places Team, which provides services on large-scale real estate and civil engineering projects. Our teams work on complex real estate projects, pulling the right resources across the company to support project needs.</p><ul><li>Technical and design process of the project from Preparation of Brief, Concept Design, through Developed Design to Construction and Handover.</li><li>Design and develop HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.</li><li>Adhering to confident, robust, and well-managed design process strictly controlled to a budget.</li><li>Collaborate with a fully integrated design team working in hand with both the Client’s and the construction teams requirements.</li><li>Liaise with internal and external design consultants, AECOM network, commercial, and procurement to assist with the production of scope and fees for the design team and specialist trade work packages.</li><li>Co-ordinate technical, design, and external Client issues with the design and construction teams.</li><li>Provide technical guidance, planning, and logistic information for bids and tenders.</li><li>Involvement with the Client contact during the design development phase and into the construction phase.</li><li>In conjunction with the Environmental Consultant, issue agreed sustainability/Code, Pre-Assessment, and Energy Strategy.</li><li>Assist with the preparation of Health &amp; Safety File and O&amp;M Manuals.</li><li>Develop, monitor, and report on integrated design program from design team award through pre-construction and construction phases.</li><li>Provide technical support to the bid process.</li></ul>
